Although the service advisor was excellent and rental cars were generously supplied, mechanics were basically incompetent. Small repairs took way too long and major repairs were often misdiagnosed, took more than a week to complete and often needed to be returned for more work. This is not a place to bring your car for repairs.
How can I give them 0 stars? The GM is an idiot. I would never buy a car or refer anyone there. You did your company proud.
