Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I went for a consultation about a new wig. The whole thing took about 10 minutes tops. I felt rushed out the door and uncared for. He was with another client when I came in and was telling her that he was hosting an event later that night. He clearly cared way more about THAT than giving me proper service. Jag is FANTASTIC. Not only did Jag give me easily one of the best hair cuts I've ever had, but he took the time to educate me about styling and caring for my hair. As a dude with zero knowledge of this stuff, Jag's patience and confidence with me was awesome. Whether you are looking for a stylish professional cut or something more avant-garde, definitely get your hair cut by Jag.
