Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I went for a consultation about a new wig. The whole thing took about 10 minutes tops. I felt rushed out the door and uncared for. He was with another client when I came in and was telling her that he was hosting an event later that night. He clearly cared way more about THAT than giving me proper service.
