Love getting my hair cut by Rie she's the best.
This place is NOT closed. I have been a client of Jaggs Color Salon since 2001 and they are the BEST in color, cut and whatever else you need for your hair. It is owned by the owners of Beau Monde Beauty College, so it is open on Fridays and Saturdays only. The amazing stylists spend their week teaching hair design (and competing and winning internationally I might add), then have the Salon available 2 days a week for appointments. Rie is outstanding!
