I like Dr Jagger but his receptionist is so rude I am no longer going to attend his services. 12 months ago a attended an appointment withe Dr Jagger and on that day, the regular receptionist was not there. The two ladies who were there couldn't find my referral that had been emailed through. They said it was probably on the regular receptionists computer, so I had to stick up for myself that day as they had the referral but couldn't' access it.
