I am new to the area so my sister highly recommended this salon. I made an appt 2 days in advance for 1:00 pm today. I arrived on time and was told that "Mary" would be with me in a few minutes. At 1:30 I notice there all the stylists are gone. The receptionist walks into I guess what is a break room and says "you know your 1:00 is here?" Mary tells her that someone "snuck" in an appt on her and it would be another 45 minutes. I have never had my hair done at this salon until today, & I must say that Jordan did an amazing job! I absolutely love my hair! She was very nice & so, so patient with me. She took her time to understand what I was wanting, took her time doing my hair so it looked perfect, & I never felt rushed.
