Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this salon. The hairdresser (Roberta) was highly unprofessional and rude. It seems she has a regular client base and may feel comfortable to speak to clients in a rushed and rude manner. However, I was a new client and from the time I entered I didn't feel welcomed, respected or seen as a client.
