5 stars for the NP Jagdeep,but none for the receptionist who answers the office at the facility on Greenback she's always rude to me. I'm going to tell the doctor again when I see him.. I'm not going to let a rude receptionist keep me from seeing this doctor when I call she is abrupt and wants to get me off the phone as fast as she can while I'm still trying to share what's going on in my life.
I was pleasantly surprised at the true caring he presented. Actually listened to me. WE decided what the next step was going to be. He was very thorough, addressed my concerns before I even told him! Doctors be aware, I've seen 2 separate NP's lately and have decided I would rather be seen by them!
