I recently called to schedule an appointment, but unfortunately, the front desk staff was quite unprofessional during the call. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I highly recommend providing the front desk team with additional customer service training to ensure future clients have a better experience.
Very disorganized. They called me to take a 1:45 appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early. Five people that arrived after me got brought in, and I just sat there. When I finally questioned it at 2:30, 45 minutes after my arrival, they said they were waiting for a table, which obviously was not true. I said I was just leaving and the therapist just said OK. Receptionist tried to get me to stay but too late.
This has nothing to do withe the Therapy itself. Jill and Daiz and Briana and the others were the absolute best. However, their billing service STINKS. They send notices of unpaid bills but, NO INVOICE. Then when you call for an invoice, it comes needing a password. Then a 10 minute wait for a Rep. Fantastic front end service (highly recommended), the worst office service ever. They need to get professionals in to redo their process. Dave Krempecki
This place is amazing everyone is full of knowledge and are very inviting. My son is a special needs and they never get annoyed or angry when he is struggling to comprehend or complete his therapy. They work around his issues and alway find a way to complete it with out compromising the integrity of the therapy I 10000% recommend this facility to anyone who needs a little extra understanding
