Office staff are OK. The problem is the doctor & staff in the back. It’s an overcrowded hot mess then they had the nerve to play Indian music today, which is complete nonsense. Plus those exercises they have you do are pointless it doesn’t help. As far as the heating pad, they are sneaky & force it on you hoping you don’t realize it’s an extra charge .
This place really sucks. Charged absurd amount. No transparency. So busy the pt barely talks to you. Made my symptoms worse after the visit. Waste of time
Warning, to anyone seeking to receive help at this facility. Stay far away from receiving any therapy here. Your therapist will do the evaluation, and then send you to their aid assistant who is not a therapist, for the majority of your therapy. Also, if you ask for a supervisor, they will try and throw you off the program, and they will not tell you who the supervisor actually is.
Received physical therapy for three visits. My insurance covers it. Was offered a heat pad at the end of the session. Was not informed this service is charged at $125, which a patient will be required to pay out of pocket if insurance doesn't. If I had been informed of the cost, of course I would have refused it. I can't afford the risk, and I can do it at home. I just thought it was a kind offer by the therapist for the pain at the end.
