Horrible! This man is an “expert witness” for insurance companies. He discharged me from his practice for standing up for myself. He didn’t even examine me, he made observations and did not like the tone of my voice. I felt berated and insulted. He should NOT be practicing in the medial field and I will be filing a complaint with the medical licensing board here in South Carolina. He even lied to my adjuster… I’m appalled. Dr Hayes was very professional and kind and compassionate. He presented the facts in a detailed and accurate manner. Spent a lot of time explaining options. Did not push for procedures or surgery.
It would be a zero if I could. In all of my years visiting doctors, I have never had such poor service or treatment! They cancel appointments at the last minute asking me to re-book and appointment with the doctor as well as getting new blood tests because they did not have the infusion medicine for my appointment and my blood tests expire. I did not have a positive interaction with anyone in the office. Finding a better doctor!!!
Dr. Goldberger is by far an expert in his field and keeps up with the latest treatments. I have been seeing him for chronic pain after multiple injuries and surgeries for over 10 years. He he saved my life when I was in such horrible pain that it was impossible for me to do daily tasks such as taking a shower and washing my hair, getting dressed, brushing my teeth , and other things that are necessary. I have been seeing Dr. Goldberger for many years and he continues to amaze me with his unwavering dedication to my pain management. This is a doctor that truly cares and I recommend him highly. It’s a daunting task to be a chronic pain patient and continually having to go to the doctor, however, his staff makes it so easy to be a patient there. I always feel respected, welcome, and valued as a human being. I can’t say that about other places that I went to before I found Dr. Goldberger.
Dr Goldberger helped me find a way to beat my pain by thinking outside the box. He was compassionate which helped make the difference. The big name specialists with large practices that I saw in Charlotte were useless and never made the correct diagnosis.
I was impressed with his Polite, Professional manner from our first visit. His genuine concern & skill in treating muscle & tendon pain areas as well as primary joint pain were on a higher level than I have previously experienced.
