A business , organization even a law firm that advertises the quick destruction of a marriage is sad. children, wives and even husbands will the greatest victims that suffer great loss. God is watching the destruction of these covenants. There are other answers.
I experienced unethical and unfair business practices with Jaffe Family Law and attorney Ryan Castellon. They refused to refund unearned legal fees, which I believe is a direct violation of Georgia law and the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct. Specifically, Rule 1.5 requires that fees be reasonable and earned, and Rule 1.16(d) states that unearned fees must be refunded upon termination of services. Entering an appearance is free.
