Great office staff!!!! First impression was with Sabine from the call center who made my appointment. She should get a raise since I had spoken to other offices and it was difficult to speak to a competant person for an appointment during an urgent eye issue anywhere. She made it happen. She is awesome. All staff Jennifer, Monica all others techs were very professional. Office is clean and following safety protocols. Dr Jaffe is very competant and professional! I would recommend Dr Jaffe and his office highly.

Dr. Jaffe is very knowledgeable & caring. My family have used his services for years and would never trust anyone else. Dr. Jaffe takes a lot of time during each visit and asks a lot of questions which is so very rare when you have a medical appointment elsewhere! Competent staff treats you with great respect. Rest assured that you will leave feeling extremely satisfied.

Doctor Gary Jaffe is a wonderful person. However, He operated my left eye due to cataract and I paid for trifocal lens (out of pocket). Unfortunately the doctor did not leave the lens centered (he left it to far to the left) and did not recognize his mistake, leaving the eye not seeing right. Emery Jaffe operated my right eye two years earlier and left it perfect. I paid out of pocket approximately $7,000, for both eyes so I wouldn’t have to use glasses. the receptionist is super personable and kind. DrJaffe is very courteous but i did not get any solution to my problem , Also the technicians are the ones that look into your eyes and do the tests . He just sat with me at the end and not even look up my eyes until I asked him to check in something. This is the first time that we go to an ophthalmologist that doesn't do the exams himself . I did not get even a prescription for the itching in my eyes . I went to other doctor that solved the problem

Dr. Gary Jaffe did a commonly performed YAG laser procedure to clear up a haze that formed in my eye following cataract surgery a few years ago. Though the haze mostly cleared, I was left with a shadowy area and several floaters, one of which is so big and spiny it's like an insect flying around in my eye and interferes with my vision. Dr. Jaffe said the laser likely caused skin in the back of my eye to chip off (posterior vitreous detachment) and referred me to a retinol surgeon. Distressing!

I have been seeing Dr. Gary Jaffe at the Aventura location for many years. He is very thorough and he is a pleasant person. He cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Dr. Gary Jaffee. His office is very professional and treats their patients with the utmost respect and kindness. I have been through a lot with my eye and I appreciated the way Dr. Jaffe treated me. He presented me with a realistic outcome prior to my cataract surgery. I was not made to feel like I had no hope, which was how I was treated at another eye doctors office. My surgery was a huge success. My outcome was better then I or Dr. Jaffee expected. I can't thank him enough.

I was impressed by the office staff . The wait time was minimal and when I met with Dr. Jaffe I was very comfortable with his advice. He took time to answer my questions and told me step by step what to expect. The evening of my surgery he personally called to see how I was doing. Throughout the whole process of having both eyes receiving cataract surgery the degree of professionalism was impressive. I would highly recommend Dr. Gary Jaffe from the Jaffe Eye Institute to anyone needing cataract
