Everyone was very nice and pleasant. They took me on time for my exam. I felt they were very thorough and knew what they were doing.
Staff and doctor very professional and courteous
I usually don't have a long wait before being taken to back. Cataract surgery was performed by Dr Jaffe + intraocular lens placed. the Surgical Coordinator Michelle was excellent and helped explain financial and Surgical procedures. Young receptionist always courteous. Most of other staff too. One incident a staff complaining of a patient being very late and was checked in may cause a problem for her , she wasn't told even though the next patient not there yet. Dr. Jaffe did my catarct surgery on Dec.5, 2022. I can be more happy about the results!! I can literally see everything from far to near. I choose the multifocus intraocular lens. He is very professional and caring doctor.
