Skip this place. They took forever to tell me that my watch couldn't get fixed. Almost two months for it to leave EL Paso to Citizen shop and back. Then I get charged the shipping fee which I could of just shipped myself for less. Terrible sales person without a clue. Never again.

I have some custom jewerly made and they definitely surpassed my expectations.

I have bought many things at this store.....It ended today with their BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...bought a Divers Watch and the warranty doesn't cover water damage....sent in warranty card and was told that they wouldn't bother sending it in because it was only "water resistant"" 500.00 dollar watches are junk at this store...NEVER AGAIN>>>>
