I took off a star because she was a little late(10min) for our 12:30pm appointment and didn't communicate with me beforehand. Honestly, there was a couple minutes where I thought I had been scammed for my deposit. BUT JAE IMMEDIATELY EARNED THAT STAR BACK! We visited the salon and spoke with Jae about styling my daughter’s hair over the weekend before we were scheduled to leave out of town. She expressed enthusiasm about helping, assured us she would be available, and asked that we reach out to her by text.
