Jae is a hair artist! She is professional, helpful, and kind! My kids all love going to get their hair done with her and they come home confident and happy!
Very rude and unprofessional does not know how to respond and just sits there and reads her clients messages and ignores them. This girl should not be in the industry of doing anybody’s hair. She needs to go to school and take several years of college before she even thinks about digging in someone’s head. I went to her one time she did a OK job. I took off a star because she was a little late(10min) for our 12:30pm appointment and didn't communicate with me beforehand. Honestly, there was a couple minutes where I thought I had been scammed for my deposit. BUT JAE IMMEDIATELY EARNED THAT STAR BACK! Not only did she explain the tardiness and the lack of communication fully but this woman is EXTREMELY TALENTED when it comes to locs and matters of the hair! We visited the salon and spoke with Jae about styling my daughter’s hair over the weekend before we were scheduled to leave out of town. She expressed enthusiasm about helping, assured us she would be available, and asked that we reach out to her by text. Even her client at the time spoke highly of her and shared Jae’s contact information with us.
