Was a client for years. Came to have uneven color/roots fixed. Recommend doing a dark rinse to even out color instead of highlighting it. Turned my hair darker at roots but uneven streaks remained on rest of hair. We parted ways. This is what the hair looked like after my $200 rinse ( was told I was rude and did not tip for this). My Bangkok salon insisted they take a photo of the Beverly Hills work because they did not want to be blamed.
