Dr Shim is the epitome of what superior healthcare is all about! She was my 4 kids' pediatrician for nearly 2 decades! She is always responsive, knowlegable and proactive about any concern I ever had. I'm saddened that 2 of my kids are now over 18. Not only do I highly recommend her, but I suggest Kaiser uses her to train their other doctors about exceptional customer service.
She is a terribly incompetent doctor. She saw my son less than 2 min during urgent care hours. She cared less about him since she is not out pediatrician. I wish that we never had her during those urgent care hours. I have no choice in urgent care dr. We eneded going back to our pediatrician due to her miss diagnosis. Kaiser should fire her. She won't even want to touch my son..how can a dr. won't not want to touch patiences during visit? To us she just wants an easy well paid job and looks like she is in transit to retireme... read more
