I had a terrible experience at Jeajin Hong’s dental office in Westchester Square, Bronx. They performed horrendous fillings I never came in for, cracked my upper molars while “cleaning,” and left pieces of cotton attached to the fillings. When I pointed it out, the dental assistant dismissed me multiple times before finally admitting I was right. No time management I had to rebook my appointment twice. Never again. I waited in the front for about 10 minutes after walking in waiting for someone while I overheard them in the back talking about their outfits for the weekend. Worst service ever especially in healthcare. Choose somewhere else.

Very very unprofessional and not having time management at all. Doctor never speak to pt, everything his assistant explains. Also he is very rude doesn’t even answer any questions. Very very bad doctor
