Our water heater failed, and it was Jade’s Heating & Plumbing to the rescue. It’s so hard to find good services in the Jackson hole area and this was hands-down the best experience I’ve had. We used Jade Plumbing in Jackson to replace our water heater which had quit working. They were efficient and clear with their communications both through phone calls and texts. Patrick came the same day and went through our options and costs. He was friendly and thorough, even calling us the next morning to make sure we had no trouble over night. He also made sure we had his personal number in case there were any issues. Would definitely use again and recommend to our friends.
