This is the ONLY Physical Therapy retreat your body NEEDS. Nicole has given me my body/life back, after total hip replacement, and getting all my muscles to re-learn how they need to be...I've been pain meds FREE since starting!! Thank yous!! HIGHLY recommended!!
While preparing for my last figure competition, I developed a lower back sports injury which was greatly alleviated by dry needling. It was my first experience with the procedure and I was amazed at the amount of relief I attained. The relaxing atmosphere and the great staff were instrumental in my healing. Thank you!
I don't know how I would have made it through my last pregnancy without you guys! I never realized how important physical therapy was. Post partum PT has been a God send as well!
