Mary and Jonathan were great to work with. They were efficient, friendly, and worked quickly but effectively to repair my rim and tire. Prices are very reasonable and communicated ahead of time. Definitely recommend their services.
I needed to get my rim fixed as it was bent. I reached out to Jade Tire Shop via their text number. I sent a picture and was given a reasonable quote on fixing the rim. I made an appointment but needed to come in a little earlier and they accommodated that request. As soon as I pulled up they looked at my rim and got right to work. They were friendly, very knowledgeable, the price was good, and my rim looks brand new. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
