I went for my annual well woman's visit in December 2025 which is 100% covered by my insurance. A month later I receive a bill for $20 and the explanation I got was that I was billed because she addressed other concerns. I literally asked this woman one question whicj required no follow up or referral. If you can't have a conversation with your doctor regarding your health or at the very least ask a question without them trying to make it into something it's not, what's the point of going. Dr. Stafford is excellent. Answered all my questions. However, I was disappointed because my diagnosis required a follow up appointment to explain my condition and possible treatment. The earliest I could schedule the appointment was almost two months from when I received a diagnosis. Basically, 8 weeks of considerable discomfort and pain, and additional weeks for any treatment.

I met with Dr. Stafford for the 1st time Friday February 16th for my annual pap smear. She was amazing. I'm always nervous when meeting doctors for the first time. She made me feel comfortable and was very personable. She listened to my concerns as my body was going through some changes ever since turning 35.
