Mortifying experience! The absolute worst hair salon hands down. This Salon is embarrassing poorly managed, negligent, unprofessional, pretentious, hostile, fickle, (misconstrue the TRUTH). I have never had a bad experience at an Aveda Salon, until this one (poor execution on all levels). I told the managers who lack in business ethics as well as all around ethics. I had an amazing evening @ Jade Aveda tonight. I went in to have a pampering evening before heading back to school. Emily Gulledge took care of me! We began with a shampoo and a very relaxing hand message. She gave me a new style and I'm confident I can maintain it easily. I also received a complimentary facial. I had a fabulous evening and will definitely go back. Thank you Emily!
