I wish I could give this place 0 stars because it’s awful. Don’t go here. I had someone give me a gift card that had $50 and they refused to take it saying that it’s an old card and won’t accept it yet when I looked online at the card balance it still shows $50. The regular pedicure service I paid for included a foot massage that could barely even qualify as a foot massage. They also left me to dry and never even came back to check on me. I've been going to Jade Nail Salon since they first opened - off & on, but staying loyal - which makes writing this review disappointing. I've supported this business for a long time, but after my recent experiences, I won't be returning. Getting your nails and toes done is an investment, so I expect quality service and results. 10/10 experience went here for a pedicure and got exactly what i asked for was serviced immediately and all for a reasonable price I will be back!
Tee is very good and the other nail tech are too but I prefer Tee because I’m very sensitive and she can handle that for me. Plus my feet have ingrown nails and she can get them out without hurting me.
I went in wanting a soak off for the full set I had on already. The guy said he would be able to give me that service. He cut the acrylic down to where my nails start, which I was completely fine with, because that's usually the process that happens. He then grab a nail tip to pry and pop each nail off of my fingers. I pulled away and told he that I would prefer a soak off, that I could ensure the safety and care of my natural nails.
