10/10 experience went here for a pedicure and got exactly what i asked for was serviced immediately and all for a reasonable price I will be back!
Tee is very good and the other nail tech are too but I prefer Tee because I’m very sensitive and she can handle that for me. Plus my feet have ingrown nails and she can get them out without hurting me.
I went in wanting a soak off for the full set I had on already. The guy said he would be able to give me that service. He cut the acrylic down to where my nails start, which I was completely fine with, because that's usually the process that happens. He then grab a nail tip to pry and pop each nail off of my fingers. I pulled away and told he that I would prefer a soak off, that I could ensure the safety and care of my natural nails. Unprofessional. Owner screams at coworkers in front of clients. Will never go again.
I called, asking for my regular guy and giving details of who I wanted. They said yes to come in the next 15 minutes. When I got there, he wasn't there. I later found out he hadn't been there for over 3 weeks. As the lady started doing my nails, I let her know what I wanted, and she said she could deliver. After filling in one hand, I explained what I needed due to my type of work.
