The lady who serviced me spoke Vietnamese the entire time and when I’d say something to her about my nails she wouldn’t respond back. I have acrylic on my skin and it’s like she just rushed because I asked for clear polish. This is by far the worst nail experience I’ve had since being in Huntsville.

Walked in to try and get two manicures. The lady looked up at us and glared, no greeting, no smile, nothing. I told her we were looking to get two manicures, and all she said was “tomorrow”. Cool. We left. It is a holiday and I’m understanding of that, have no problem with you being busy (there was two people in the whole salon), but the attitude isn’t necessary. We won’t try here again.
No care for reputation, no pride in their work. Third time is the last time I ever come to this place. My fill did the main older lady whose pic you see on the business profile here. (Lucy I think is her name) 5 times during the session I told her I need an oval shape NOT the square one she nodded each time and continued dismissing my requests doing a square shape nails looking at me with a straight eye.
