While Jade was not my usual provider, she was kind, thorough, answered questions and offered feedback. She had suggestions and wasn't pushy. I DID get charged for venipuncture that I didn't get. Not sure if it were an oversight.... Or human error. A correction is in progress, but my insurance for them is paused until they figure it out .
