Great food, great service. But the softtouch enterprise system they use for online ordering is the most user unfriendly system in the universe.
Never had a problem with them and they are very nice and friendly when they deliver. I will keep ordering from them!!
Placed order online... when delivered was missing the Eggrolls I ordered and paid for, instead it had a bag of what looked like styrofoam. I called to complain and the guy argued with me even though my confirmation email showed what I ordered. I’ll NEVER order from this place again and will tell EVERYONE I know to avoid them!
Just received my dinner for 3. Had ordered online. Put notes all over to have extra hot mustard and tableware included. I received one small cup of mustard and no tableware. Place has gone downhill since the move. Back to ordering from China Moon.

TERRIBLE customer service! I ordered delivery and they forgot my beef fried rice, but gave me extra steamed rice. I called and the owner said I was lying and was being condescending when trying to tell me what fried rice looked like. After he finally agreed to send more beef fried rice to my house, the wrong item was still sent. Finally had to go to the restaurant and the only thing he offered was to give me beef fried rice. I have eaten at Jade Garden since I was a little girl and I have had hair cooked INTO our food twice since August of this year. Both times this was reported to George and both times I was told that we should have taken a picture because they don’t have a cook with that color hair. WHAT?!?! So completely disappointing and so sad. Jade Garden is a staple and I will never ever go back. Terrible service and food. The Mongolian beef smelled and tasted spoiled. When the manager caught wind he proceeded to give us a 6-minute dissertation about why it wasn't spoiled as he had just eaten some in the kitchen from our serving dish...eat all you want we won't ever come back!!!
