My husband and I had a meal here last night. We were super hungry and what a disappointment to be served over-cooked orange chicken. I could barely cut it with my Fork. The fried rice was lukewarm and the carrots and peas in the fried rice were ice cold. My husband had a Thai Noodle bowl with chicken and vegetables. Unfortunately there were very little vegetables. First time back to Jade Garden since they reopened. Good food, good service. We had a nice pleasant saturday afternoon of dining. Great to have you back.
Appalling service. The person behind the counter didn’t initially acknowledge me when I walked in and didn’t look up when she finally greeted me. Phone is ringing and ringing without the woman answering. I ordered take out at 2:45 pm to be ready at 4:00 pm. It’s now 4:20 pm and I’m still waiting...
The food was as good as I remembered..can't wait to go back!
Great food, nice ambiance, waitress was on point!!!
Disappointing since the reopening. Food is mediocre at best. Over cooked, over priced. Gave it 2 tries and will not go back. Definitely NOT worth what I paid. I threw over half of my takeout order in the trash. It's a shame too because Helena is so limited with restaurants.
