In order to make an online order for delivery it takes to an ordering portal within an app. They messed up our order and in stead of sending us the correct food when I called to get it situated the lady argued with me. She didn’t correct the order or give me money back. Their food is sub par for bad customer service. I won’t be returning.
RecommendedWe ordered from Jade Dragon for the first time and were very pleased. Initially the order estimate was about an order, which we felt was comparable to other restaurants of this type. We were pleased and surprised to see our food in half that time. Our food was piping hot, generous sized portions and delicious. We will definitely order again.
Ordered online and it took 1 hour and fifteen mins to get to me and I live five mins away. Food was cold and I hardly had any shrimp in my shrimp fried rice. Not ordering from here again.
Never have I ever got General Sou chicken like this. With the sauce on the side and chicken was from the sweet and sour chicken. Called up to make a complaint and they said they will not fix it and will give me a refund. Horrible place to eat.
I order general tso chicken. it's sweet, and sour chicken and a cup of general tso sauce. TERRIBLE, NEVER AGAIN. get the order right, YOUR PAID TO GET THEM RIGHT
Just ordered our lunch, here in like 15 minutes, still to hot to put in my mouth. LOVE Jade Dragon, it's our Chinese food place.
Bomb orange chicken and fried rice. Service was awesome and great environment.
Excellent service and the food is delicious. They have the best fried rice I have ever tasted.
