Jade Dental is the best dental clinic in Ottawa. Period. Nicole is the best dental hygienist I have ever met. We found Jade Dental because they are in our neighbourhood and they accept the governenment dental plan. After my wife and mine visits, we cannot thank them enough for their professional treatments and their patience and kindness. Our family won't go anywhere elso for our future dental care needs. Incredible family-run dental office. The staff are friendly and attentive. I've really appreciated the attention to detail that Nicole shows during routine scaling/hygiene appointments. She'll use the high power water pick followed by manual scaling until the most tenacious tarter is removed. Dr. Tran is evidence based and wonderful to chat with. I cant express enough gratitude towards all the staff at jade dental. I had an emergency appointment with DR. Tran which was given same day for a root canal. Dr. Tran was the best and most attentive dentist i have ever had. I have a high tolerance towards the aesthetic and for the first time was fully frozen and didn’t feel a thing. After having two fillings done at my previous clinic, and when I needed some adjustments afterward, Jade Dental was able to accommodate me on very short notice and fix the issue. I was incredibly impressed with the service and care that was provided to me. The adjustments were quick and painless, and I’m very happy with the results. I’ll be returning to Jade Dental for my regular cleanings and routine care from now on as my experience was excellent!
I've had an excellent experience so far at Jade Dental. The office is modern, clean, and well maintained, and the staff are consistently professional and courteous. Trina is attentive and helpful, and Nicole and Dr. Tran have provided thorough, high-quality care. Please note that, as a smaller practice, appointment lead times may be longer than those at larger dental offices; however, the level of service and care more than justifies the wait. I would highly recommend this practice.
