Bad attention and they are not organized, none remembered why I had my appointment. I don't even want to think about how the work they did would be for me. We agreed on what they would do to me on an appointment and the second appointment was lost from what was agreed☹️
I had PRP hair treatment done. They use microneedling instead of injections using a needle. It was extremely painful. Almost the most painful thing I have ever experienced. The numbing cream did not work at all. I had zero results. Not saying PRP doesn’t work just wouldn’t go here if you want a painless procedure that works.
The staff at Jade Clinic & Family Wellness Center are amazing. We were treated like valued clients from the minute we walked through the door. They are top-notch professionals in their field and knowledgeable about all aspects of their services. We were pleasantly surprised about the high level of comfort we experienced (in the past, at other wellness centers, discomfort was a big issue). We will definitely use their services in the future.
