We were sat right away but waited quite a while before a server came over. Once we had a waitress the service was decent. Food was quite good. We had gyoza, tempura shrimp and a bunch of sushi. We will return.
Great food but had to go to the hostess to remind them we had been seated 15 mins ago in order to get service.
We love Jade. Cherry Blossom Roll is a favorite. We get there at least once a month.
Jade is my favorite for sushi and fried rice with shrimp! A++
Horrible experience here tonight. While our waiter was fine, it is obvious that the owner does not value customers who have been coming to his restaurant weekly for over 4 years. After watching him following his waitstaff around taunting and yelling at them, he decided to change his policy of accepting the Ballantyne discount card. The table next to us used their card and the owner got mad and said that the waitstaff have been allowing the card on weekends when that is not his policy. My husband and I were looking forward to having dinner here this evening. We ended up leaving because we had our 8mo old with us and Jade only had 2 highchairs! How does a restaurant only have 2 highchairs?? We weren't going to wait because we were told the tables using the highchairs had just sat down. Highly disappointed.
