Very very bad customer service they made my friend fill out of place and accused her of being a thief horrible horrible service

Only giving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Terrible customer service from everyone including the managers. Not spending my money here.

Love Love Jade Fusion...& their shrimp fried rice. It is the best!
Walked in to this "establishment" at 9:14. They close at 10. Hostess strolls up to the door and says, "oh sorry, we stop seating at 9:15". Are you kidding me? The place had two tables seated, it's obvious why.
TERRIBLE experience and never end got into the restaurant. Made reservations the week before Valentine's Day, only to get a voicemail the day of at 12:30 instructing me to call back by 2:30 to confirm my reservation. After finally getting the chance to call by at 3:15, no one was there to answer my call after calling 40 times the next 2.5 hours.
