Horrible service!! Staff was very rude and doesn't know how to treat their customers!! Do not go there!!
Only giving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Terrible customer service from everyone including the managers. Not spending my money here.

Love Love Jade Fusion...& their shrimp fried rice. It is the best!
Walked in to this "establishment" at 9:14. They close at 10. Hostess strolls up to the door and says, "oh sorry, we stop seating at 9:15". Are you kidding me? The place had two tables seated, it's obvious why.
TERRIBLE experience and never end got into the restaurant. Made reservations the week before Valentine's Day, only to get a voicemail the day of at 12:30 instructing me to call back by 2:30 to confirm my reservation. After finally getting the chance to call by at 3:15, no one was there to answer my call after calling 40 times the next 2.5 hours. We were sat right away but waited quite a while before a server came over. Once we had a waitress the service was decent. Food was quite good. We had gyoza, tempura shrimp and a bunch of sushi. We will return.
Great food but had to go to the hostess to remind them we had been seated 15 mins ago in order to get service.
