staff is very friendly and communication is always great, amenities and office space are clean and inviting, maintenance team is responsive and efficient, Jade deserves more than 5 stars! thank you team for all you do for the residents!
Pros: 1. Professional, Friendly & Compassionate staff. (Brandon, Evelyn, Liz, Traci, Anthony, Jason & Edgar) 2. Great location. Short walking distance to strip along with great balcony views of the strip. 3. Fur babies are welcome. 4. Non smoking building. 5. Beautiful Community overall. It should be duly noted that the staff works hard including Saturdays to keep Jade Community looking lovely. 📍 Unfortunately, CONS 1&3 below does depreciate some of its value listed above in PROS #5. Cons: 1. TRASH Trash pick up day... read more
HORRIBLE. This property looks great from the pictures and a quick view but has extremely loud events 5+ times a year across the street, exorbitant fees and extra payments (I pay $200+ per month for a garage spot) and does NOTHING to rectify issues. Maintenance usually takes over 24 hours to even respond. Please do not think this is a luxury property as it will HIGHLY disappoint.
This place is so disgusting. Every single day ignorant people let their dog pee and poop all over the elevator . And don’t clean up. Every day, no exaggeration. I’m so mad at myself for signing a lease here, to step around dog pee every day. There’s been no attempt to stop these pigs. They have no care. Find a place that’s clean and safe.
