This Car shop is the best in Harrisonburg. They worked past the hours of close just to make sure my Kia was good so I could get home the same night. They don’t overprice you. They are very reliable. This is and will be my number one go to shop when in Harrisonburg. They are for sure the car gurus.
Jay Day was called on a Sunday to help my son whose car would not start. We are a state away. Originally called for a tow, the gentleman fixed it on the spot somehow and charged incredibly reasonably. Also he was there in person in total about 13 minutes after the call. Jaday auto is a life saver, I called at 6pm with an urgent misfiring engine and they were ready for me at the shop by 7pm. While the language barrier made things slightly more difficult (English to Spanish), they were very patient and professional, ensuring I knew what they were saying. They replaced all the plugs and coils in 20 min for a very reasonable price, especially considering the urgency. Huge thanks to Marcos and his team for their excellent service! My car broke down about 100 miles from home. I was brought to their shop by Angel's Towing. They quickly diagnosed the issue, secured the part, and repaired it the very same day so I could make the drive back. A couple of hours later, I was on my way home. They were very accommodating, kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. I’m very grateful for their honesty, efficiency, and willingness to help someone stranded far from home. Highly recommend!
