Front desk receptionist/ scheduler is the most rudest miserable person I’ve ever interacted with in my whole 25.5 years of living. On more than 2 occasions she has talked to me in the upmost amount of disrespect. I am not sure why this issue isn’t addressed with her upon so many reviews with the same experience I am having. Best treatment ever
The front desk rep is the most rude and provide the worse service I’ve ever experienced. I advised that I wanted to reschedule my surgery because of my medication and she was very rude. Then when I called back to ask for the proper spelling of the doctor’s name she told me no and hung up on me.
