I’ve read all the reviews of the great service and communication following the purchase. I wish our experience was anywhere near that. Since we bought a pretty high end jacuzzi from them, I do not receive promised called returned because there is no one available to come to the phone. I do not receive calls back from voice mails left. The only good communication we have had from them was in the purchase and delivery process. Phenomenal Service, and Prices. Clay went out of his way to meet with me for two different purchases, offering the best service i have received in a long time. Today he even met with me well before he normally opens just so i can get back to SC and work... I will definitely be buying from him again.. You'll never find pools/jacuzzys etc of this quality and especially at his prices. Thank you.
We had a wonderful experience on the phone with Clay; so the next day we drove 1 hour to purchase our 24’ foot pool. Clay and Meghan are both very professional, caring And always willing to answer my multiple questions. In my 14 years of management, I’ve always believed in quality versus quantity; Therefore, you will not go wrong by purchasing your pool from this location and getting excellent service from Clay and Meghan. They also provide installation services and James was wonderful.
One of the most memorable and exceptional experiences. Incredible customer service and attention. Highly recommend.
