I went to store for exchange the dress giffted to me because dress wont fit me. Dress has still got tag on and physical receipt was provided But The lady refused to do my exchange saying she needs the person who brought the dress at first otherwise she wont be able to exchange. When asked what is the reason: I was told it is a company policy. I used to be a regular customer of Jacquie but never buying or recommending other.
