Very poor service on Friday 20th March 2026 at around 4pm My 82 year old mother was visiting from overseas and she wanted to purchase some new tops. Anyway she took about four tops in different sizes to try on and so she realised that two of them were too small and so I asked the retail assistant to help out and at the same time I gave her the tops that were too small to put back . I visited JacquiE around 11:30 today to find an outfit for an event, and I walked out an extremely happy customer. The sales lady who assisted me was wonderful… patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I should’ve asked her name but maybe isn’t really a good idea to name her in review…not sure. Anyway… Even while multitasking (helping me, another customer, and rearranging the store), she still gave me attentive service. Tanya and Lorraine are amazing. Nothing was too much and they were incredibly helpful. 10 stars if I could. Thankyou to both of you again for being so kind.
Extremely disappointed with the below. This store was closed at 5.10pm despite being advertised as being open till 5.30pm. I rushed to get there after work well before it closed. spent money on parking only to find that I wasted my time and money. Will not be shopping with this store ever again.
