I visited JacquiE around 11:30 today to find an outfit for an event, and I walked out an extremely happy customer. The sales lady who assisted me was wonderful… patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I should’ve asked her name but maybe isn’t really a good idea to name her in review…not sure. Anyway… Even while multitasking (helping me, another customer, and rearranging the store), she still gave me attentive service. Extremely disappointed with the below. This store was closed at 5.10pm despite being advertised as being open till 5.30pm. I rushed to get there after work well before it closed. spent money on parking only to find that I wasted my time and money. Will not be shopping with this store ever again.

I went to Jacqui E adelaide Myer centre to buy a dress. I entered, found my own size, wasn’t greeted, stood by the register waiting for a greeting, while the assistant ignored me and was just staring at the item she was holding. She still didn’t greet me until I said hello to her and said I’d like to buy the dress. She didn’t ask me if I wanted to try the dress on. It was basically cash and wrap.
