She's takes the time and goes over everything with you and makes sure u understand what's going on with you and make sure you to answer all your questions !!! I'm so glad I found her for my doctor!!!
Dr. Raphael is probably the best primary care provider I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He doesn’t rush and you can tell that he is actually listening to you when you are speaking with him. I am moving to Baton Rouge soon and will still continue to see him as my primary care because I appreciate the commitment to me as a patient.
This was my 1st visit with NP Rabalais. I absolutely recommend her. She was friendly, patient, and listened to all my concerns. She gave me the medical care and advice that I needed. I plan to continue seeing her annually and trust her with my health care. All of the office staff were friendly and caring also.
I moved to Hammond in 2000 and Dr. Valdez has been my choice of primary care since. I trust his and his staffs professionalism. I like being in the Northoaks system I can track my care needs, and I also appreciate making an appointment and getting in and getting out quickly yet without feeling rushed. I can feel comfortable everything I came to be addressed will be addressed.
Dr. Peltier is very thorough, takes his time with you and never seems like he is in a hurry to rush you out. He is very knowledgeable, explains everything and very kind. His staff is nice and very helpful. Would highly recommend him to any family and friends.
Dr. Peltier is never in a hurry to complete an exam. While efficient with his time, he is very thorough with his exams. He also takes the time to explain what is going on, treatment options, and his opinion as to what the best option is moving forward. His staff is very friendly and seem to work well with one another.
Once I was seen by Dr. Edwards I knew I had found the right place for me. She listens which is an absolute plus! She takes her time and never rushes you out the door during your consultation. Before and After my hysterectomy surgery I am very pleased with her overall care and professionalism, she has amazing staff and their hard work is greatly appreciated as well. Thank you for everything!
Office Staff very friendly greeted as we walked in the door. Dr. Valdes is very nice. He listens to all your concerns and he has a great caring attitude. We have been going to him for years and we love him.
Dr. Edwards is a very caring and thorough doctor with a great bedside manner. She took the time to answer all my questions as though I were her only patient. I never felt rushed or like she had to move on. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a new OBGYN.
