If there was a place for me to sleep, I’d be in between a couple cases with a pillow. Adore this place and the people who work there. We have used Jacqueline’s Jewelers for so many years and I have so many magnificent pieces in my collection. Today, we added to it with the best piece of all. Jacqueline has always been kind, honest and giving us the best price. We recommend her store to everyone.

I was really initially very nervous and not sure what to expect when inquiring around town to get a ring designed. I went to a few places and ultimately felt confident in Jacqueline’s for a multitude of reasons. Jacqueline was kind, approachable, attentive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Jacqueline’s is wonderful—the whole team is amazing. I’ve had multiple pieces redesigned, and each one has turned out beautifully. They truly can do anything. I highly recommend them whether you’re redesigning jewelry or looking to buy jewelry!

I brought in a ring to be remade and trusted this store with both the piece and additional gold that was taken as a down payment toward the redesign. Unfortunately, the ring was remade incorrectly not once, but twice, despite clear instructions. In addition, the store took scrap gold as part of the payment, but I was not provided documentation showing the value credited for that gold. I was also not given receipts, even after asking. Jacqueline came up with the wonderful suggestions how to to modernize/update my mother’s rings that were passed down to me. Not only did the jewelry turn out absolutely perfectly, but Jacqueline and everyone at the store was so accommodating when a family emergency arose and I needed to be out of town for an extended stay due to a serious family emergency.
