I’ve notices a window sign that they are buying gold, and stopped by to possibly sell a gold chain that I no longer use. For medium size 18’’ 14K chain the owner offered me $6. She did not bother to weight the chain, etc. I knew the offer was a complete rip-off, so I stopped by at another jewelry store in the neighborhood and was offered six times as much. Still keeping the chain, but will never do any kind of business with such a DISHONEST place.

I went to Jacqueline's to have her staff redesign my ring. The quality and workmanship was extremely poor. When I contacted the store regarding my problem, the staff was rude and the owner was also rude and ignorant. I was extremely upset with the service I received especially with the amount of money I was charged. I had to bring the ring to another jeweler to repair it. So-so – I went to Jacqueline's to buy a ring for my wife. Unfortunately the selection was pretty standard, very similar to kay jewelers or other stores that I visited in nearby malls. Nothing unique. Luckily for me she did have a ring that was very similar to what my wife liked. Unfortunately it was almost as expensive as everywhere else, despite "many generous discounts". Very helpful and honest jeweler. – If unique is what you like, you will find it at Jacqueline's. I don't have a lot of jewelery, but what I do have, I like it to be unique. I can always find something at Jacqueline's. I got my wedding band there and am constantly getting compliments on it, even 7 years later. They can also design something for you if you have an idea of your own, which my husband and I did for my engagement ring. It turned out great! Best Jeweler in Town – I've used Jacqueline's for all our jewelry needs - recently went to a cash for gold party and everyone left satisfied - even my friend got a custom made ring - how awesome!

A Jeweler that has everything you need. I went there to buy my wife a gift and found out that there is a Jeweler on the premise. They do repair as well as custom jewelery right there.
