The receptionist/assistant was very friendly and competent. Dr Brown is and has always been an excellent dentist. Very trustworthy, kind, accommodating and professional.
Rachael, the office manager, welcomed me with a smile. The purpose of my visit was mainly to see a hygienist, Jennifer. She was professional, informative, and pleasant throughout my visit. Towards the end Dr Brown stepped in, explaining her recommendation for treatment in a friendly way. I have complete trust in Dr Brown’s dental care team.
Had a nice first visit. Filling out forms - painless. 2 x-rays - uncomfortable but - painless. Conversation about what's next - painless. Showing myself grace - painless. Paying my co-pay - painless. Thank you both Racheal and Dr. Brown.
Great cleaning
Dr. Brown and her staff were highly professional and welcomed my visit. Dr. Brown took time suggesting my treatment options while showing me my X-rays and scans. The dental hygienist, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly, giving me recommendations on daily dental care. Office Manager, Racheal, knew exactly what to do with my dental insurance. I am glad that I found them!
