So I went for my first appointment at this clinic and walked out before being seen. Why ? Well as a retired healthcare professional I was appalled by the front desk staff. I was early and she was obviously annoyed and told me she would see to me in 1/2 hour. Subsequently she answered a phone call from a patient on SPEAKER phone. My mother has undergone 2 different surgeries, of course for different hand. I did not have any problems, The staff was very nice and helpful. They verified insurance and took care of everything. Do not know why she has bad reviews. Physician assistant and Dr. Redondo have great bed side manners explain everything to us in details. No complaints
