I had a less than stellar experience with this doctor. From asking me intrusive questions about why I wore a mask during my appointment while giving me an odd look afterward, to ignoring major health concerns to instead focus on my anemia, I felt that she didn't actually listen to what I told her, and her staff weren't much help either. Not to mention the clinic itself is very "rundown" looking, for lack of a better word. Awesome, intelligent, highly competent, caring doctor! Cares about you the person and the patient not about making sure the medical chart is order. Of course that is understood as important but takes time to hear you and offer help. She was my mother’s physician who raved about her first now I do. She is truly missed. I know her team in Florida loves her.
Dr. Payne is my former doctor in CHICAGO i cried when she told me she was leaving for Florida. The best doctor I ever had. CHICAGO misses you!!!!!!
