I had a 10:am appointment for a teeth cleaning. I was advised serveral times and reminded about my 10 a.m. appointment and to sign, as usual, that I would be financial responsible, all good - right. The actuality of this appointment was to arrive at 10 so they could provide services- like xrays before the cleaning. I was not advised on that or how much that would cost. As we determined the cost we went ahead and did xrays. My appointment was 10 a.m., but after I had waited 45 minutes in this chair, they came to get me to bri... read more
