Communication about these mistakes was slow and unhelpful, and I was left waiting with incomplete rooms for months. The final design lacked polish and didn’t reflect what had been presented during the consultation. The lack of accountability and follow-through was deeply disappointing, especially given the premium rates charged for the service.
