I hired Jackie at the recommendation of the real estate broker who helped me find my home. Jacqueline Craine Designs started off with strong promises, but the execution fell short. Several furniture orders were incorrect, and some items never arrived at all. Communication about these mistakes was slow and unhelpful, and I was left waiting with incomplete rooms for months. The final design lacked polish and didn’t reflect what had been presented during the consultation. The lack of accountability and follow-through was deeply disappointing, especially given the premium rates charged for the service.
Over the years we have used Jackie for all of our design needs for our home. She has been a great communicator, she provides quality subcontractors, and quality design work. We are always thrilled with our projects once they are complete.
JCD is the best, we have been working on many projects over the years and I love working with Jackie, very professional and amazing designing skills.
