Had a good experience. IUD taken in/out is never easy. I was in so much pain almost passed out but with Dr Jacqueline & Vanessa (I may have the name wrong) the medical assistant I felt really comfortable. They were great and understanding of my low pain tolerance.
I had an initial appointment 2 years ago. Was supposed to hear back with next steps once some test results from my Primary Care provider came through. No joke never heard from Dr. Stephen again. Waited and waited then finally found another provider.
