I had a nice experience here, the receptionist is friendly and my procedure with Dr Stephen went really well. Great doctor
Dr. Stephen is a great and attentive doctor! She made me feel super comfortable for my first gynecology appointment.
This was the most amazing experience I had at a gyn. The office staff was so kind and attentive. Dr Stephen was the absolute best. she listened and then explained the procedure in detail. The procedure went well and Dr Stephen was fast and kind. The office called me the next day to check in. I felt very cared for. Would recommend this practice to anyone with any complicated issues or prior bad experiences with gyns
My experience with Dr. Stephen was a textbook example of medical gaslighting and dismissive care. My first appointment was canceled at the last minute, and when I finally met with her, she was rude, impatient, called me the wrong name, and seemed to have no idea who I was. On multiple occasions, I arrived for scheduled appointments only to find that neither she nor her receptionist was there, wasting a significant amount of my time. She was fine enough as OBGYN, but it was only basics annual exams. However, she got a “permanent” laser hair removal machine - DO NOT DO IT. I had (7) sessions… one of which she didn’t show up for. And my hair was never completely gone, and fully grew back within (6) months. She had me spinning around on the bed, upside down to get both sides. Incredibly unprofessional experience, and literally didn’t work after spending 4 figures. She kept increasing the intensity and it was painful and for just (6) months of LESS hair.
