Jake and the entire office were great to work with. They were very organized and stayed on top of every detail, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I appreciated how responsive they were—anytime I reached out, I got a clear answer without having to wait forever. They really made me feel like my case mattered, not just another file. I would give them a 0 stars out of 5 if it was possible. Was involved in a major car accident that almost took my life two years ago. They took two years to show me anything, only managing to get $10,000 out of my case. Today I finally received a document stating that I only will receive $1,388 of the $10,000. Billing me a ridiculous amount of money for the medical appointment THEY told me to go. While they keep $4000 of my settlement check. Where do you see the problem there? I am very thankful for Jessica Martinez, my case manager! She has been very present, responsive, caring, kind, and full of knowledge throughout my time assigned to her with my case!
