I have been going there since they opened and have, always been treated very well. I feel at home there. Very good people!!
Lovely time picking out our Christmas Tree today. The guys were helpful and got everything loaded and secure for us, there was cider and cookies for while we were browsing. Even gave us a handy tip about saving our tree bag wrapped around the base, so you can pull it back up and over at the end of the year so you can haul your tree out without getting needles everywhere.

Edited. While our experience that day was not great, an apology goes a long way with me and is greatly appreciated! For the last four years, we have come here to get our Christmas tree the day after thanksgiving. We went today and were sadly disappointed... The feeling when you walked in was cold and spiritless. And no not taking about the temperature. No one greeted us, asked us if we need help, nothing. We saw three families leave empty handed as we were walking in and now we know why. Very disappointed! Yesterday was unusually busy so our staffing was short because we schedule based on previous year's sales. Perhaps it was a busy wave of people at that time.
