Lance recently cleaned all the carpets in our home. He was very professional. He did a fabulous job and took care of the cat urine smell from the carpet. I recommend Lance and will give them repeat business in the future. Thank you.

Lance came with a high powered truck complete with commercial cleaning equipment. So only his long hose needed to come into the house. He did a very deep and thorough cleaning of 450 Sq ft of carpet in our upstairs as well as the staircase. He paid special attention to deeply soiled areas and the carpet looks almost new. Jacobson's does an incredible job! We had many pet urine stains throughout our upstairs. They were able to remove the spots and the smell. Our carpets are fresh and look brand new. They were extremely responsive and reliable. Price was completely reasonable. Don't hesitate to have your carpets cleaned by them, you won't be disappointed!
